EZI DOWNLOAD MANAGER - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this agreement before installing or using Ezi Download Manager ("the Software"), a product of Ezitech ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software. A trial lets you use it for 3 days. A paid license (monthly or lifetime) is for ONE (1) computer at a time. You may move your license to another computer by removing it from the first one.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Ezitech owns all rights, title and intellectual property in the Software, its name, logo and design.
3. YOU MAY NOT
- a) copy, share, rent, sell, sublicense or redistribute the Software or any license key;
- b) upload the Software or its installer to any website, store or file sharing service;
- c) reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Software, except where the law expressly allows it;
- d) remove or bypass the license system, or use or share cracks, patches or key generators;
- e) remove copyright notices or the "A product of Ezitech" branding.
4. YOUR DOWNLOADS
You are responsible for what you download. Only download content you own or have permission to download, and respect the terms of the websites you use and the rights of content owners. The Software does not support downloading DRM-protected content.
5. PRIVACY
Your downloads, download history, files and settings stay on your computer. To check your license, the Software sends only your license key and an anonymous computer code to our license server. We do not collect your name, files, browsing or download history.
6. UPDATES
We may provide updates. Lifetime licenses include all future updates of Ezi Download Manager.
7. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezitech is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
8. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then uninstall the Software.
9. LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
